Gardener Needed

The Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds is looking for A Gardener to be responsible for upkeeping and maintaining the Hamilton Rhododendron Gardens. Work requires strenuous jobs with hard hours. Those interested must have an extensive knowledge of plants & gardens. Applicants must be self motivated to upkeep gardens on an on going basis. Work Kampers

The Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds are looking for Work Kampers for the event season. Work Kampers provide the Fairgrounds with garden and ground work support, and they also help prepare for the Georgia Mountain Fair, the Georgia Mountain Fall Festival and the annual Superstar Concert Series. Please note that chores can sometimes be physically demanding with the Fairgrounds steep terrain.

We are excited to offer four new fully-equipped sites with modern conveniences including water, electricity, telephone and cable service camp sites to our Work Kampers. These 50-amp sites provide beautiful mountain views and are only a little more than one mile from the city of Hiawassee.
